Pensacola scuba diving is top notch, Escambia County has done a great job for the nation’s diving community by sinking the USS Oriskany. But Pensacola scuba divers have more than just the Mighty O to look forward to. There are other wrecks, and some of our favorite scuba diving in Pensacola is done around the artificial reefs. Escambia County plays an active role in building artifical fishing reefs, they have deployed Reefmaker Reefs which really do a great job of attracting fish. So while scuba diving in Pensacola, take time to dive other spots other than just the Oriskany.

Diving Instruction

We provide dive instruction and dive guiding on the USS Oriskany. There are a limited set of courses that can be carried out at the Oriskany.

Rescue

Dive Master

Nitrox diver specialty

Emergency First Responder (EFR)

Full Boat Charters

We offer charters where you can charter the entire boat (Up to 6 people for $1050 for six hours).

- Charters for Oriskany Dive Trips
- Charters for other reefs or wrecks
- Charters for fishing

Dive Trip Schedule

Fridays – Departs between 7:00-7:30 AM
Saturdays – Departs between 7:00-7:30 AM
Sundays – Departs between 7:00-7:30 AM

Night dives
Night diving will be scheduled on request. We do one or two a month.

Minimum to run
There has to be a minimum of 4 customers to run the boat.

Cancellations
We can cancel any trip at any time based on the safety of passengers, crew and boat. The Captain is the only one that can cancel any trip based on weather for refunds. Every customer will be offered a full refund or a credit for a future trip, with priority booking if the trip is cancelled by the captain.

Trip Reservations
Online booking
This is coming soon. To book full boat charters for a six hour trip, you need to contact us by email or phone.

Payment in full is required to confirm any reservation and due before departure. We accept VISA, Master Card, checks and cash.

Cancellations (for individual trips)
Within 48 hours of departure, no refund.
Within 14 days of departure and reservation made more than 3 days ago, 50% refund of total trip cost.
Before 14 days of departure and reservation made more than 3 days ago, $15.00 administrative cancellation fee.
You may transfer your reservation to another person at time of departure.

Exceptions
If the Captain cancels the trip due to safety reasons then you would get a full refund.
If you can show proof of reason outside your control we may waive any cancellation fee. (Like a written statement from a doctor that you can not do the dive.)
